Nanjing Ranran Tiancheng Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing industrial drying equipment since 2009. Our product range includes hot air circulation ovens, industrial drying ovens, and customized drying systems.

Equipment selection is based on material characteristics, required drying conditions, batch size, and available installation space. Heating and electrical configurations are determined during technical discussions with each customer.

Hot Air Circulation Oven

Designed for industrial heating and drying with controlled hot-air circulation. Chamber size, airflow layout, temperature range, tray or trolley loading, and heating arrangement are configured according to the material and process requirements.

Industrial Drying Oven

Built for applications where temperature control, chamber dimensions, loading method, and operating procedures need to align with production requirements.

Customized Drying Equipment

Developed when standard models cannot accommodate the required dimensions, operating conditions, capacity, or workshop layout. Final configuration is determined after technical confirmation.

Drying conditions vary with the material. Moisture content, heat sensitivity, particle size, and required output moisture all affect the selection of temperature, airflow, and drying time.

For non-standard orders, we review the following parameters before production:

Material type and moisture content

Drying temperature and throughput

Heating method, voltage, and frequency

Installation site conditions

These factors are used to determine the equipment configuration, including chamber dimensions, heating arrangement, insulation specification, and control system.

Manufacturing

Each unit is built according to the agreed technical data. Structural dimensions, heating components, insulation, electrical configuration, control system, and delivery conditions are all determined by project requirements.

Quality Control & Acceptance

Inspection items may include:

Equipment dimensions and structural verification

Electrical connections and insulation resistance

Temperature control accuracy and uniformity testing

Mechanical operation (fan, door seals, trolley track, etc.)
