Modern industrial ovens employ an automated control system centered on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), enabling precise and synchronized control of process parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and time through programming.

Through an Internet of Things (IoT) system, remote real-time monitoring of the oven is possible, allowing for real-time monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, voltage, and current within the oven, and quick retrieval of data reports or graphs. The system features a fault warning function; by setting alarm rules, alarm information can be automatically sent to maintenance personnel via WeChat, SMS, and email when equipment malfunctions.

The system supports remote programming, debugging, and program uploading/downloading of the oven controller PLC by maintenance personnel, enabling remote maintenance. Simultaneously, fault alarms can automatically generate maintenance work orders, facilitating the tracking of maintenance progress and processing time. The system can also continuously analyze the collected data, supporting enterprise production decisions (such as reducing energy consumption and improving maintenance service quality).
