Products Description
Gas-fired drying ovens convert natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas into heat energy. The heat is blown into the air inlet by a high-temperature fan and then into the oven body, forming a hot air circulation to achieve uniform temperature and thus rapid drying. This results in shorter production cycles, energy savings, and improved product quality.



Product Structure
The gas-fired drying oven body is made of stainless steel plate or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by welding or riveting. The frame is made of angle steel and channel steel welded together. The outer shell and inner liner are filled with high-quality aluminum silicate cotton. The heater chamber can be set at the top, rear and sides of the oven body. The oven temperature is controlled by a digital display intelligent instrument [1]. According to transportation and site conditions, the oven structure can be divided into three assembly forms: integral type, split assembly type and modular combination type.
