Electric Trolley Oven

The electric trolley oven is built for batch heating, drying, preheating and selected curing of large, heavy or awkwardly shaped workpieces. The workpieces are loaded onto a trolley and moved into the insulated chamber, which reduces manual handling and makes repeated batch processing more practical.

Electric heating elements supply heat inside the chamber. The oven can be arranged with natural convection or forced hot-air circulation, depending on the required heat distribution and workpiece characteristics. Workpieces are placed on the trolley and moved into the chamber. After the door is closed, the electric heating system brings the chamber to the set temperature and holds it for the required process time.

Where forced circulation is specified, fans and air ducts move heated air through the load so that heat reaches the workpieces more evenly. For drying applications, moisture-laden air is discharged through the exhaust system while fresh air is introduced as needed.

Heating time is influenced by installed power, chamber airflow, load mass, workpiece material and stacking arrangement. For thick or dense components, the cycle must allow sufficient time for heat to reach the core of the load.
