Principle and Features
Electric trolley ovens rely primarily on a heat source, which is uniformly fed into the oven chamber via an air volume and air conditioning system to dry materials. Heat sources include electric heating, gas, thermal oil, and other heat sources, controlled by a control system to achieve the desired temperature. During operation, the oven maintains a temperature uniformity of ≤±3°C to 5°C. The oven utilizes an advanced human-machine interface (PLC) touch screen and intelligent digital temperature controller. Electrical components are sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, Schneider, Chint Electric, and Fuji. Fully enclosed trolley drying ovens utilize a floor track to move the trolley in and out, making them suitable for drying heavy materials and workpieces and for tooling.
