Electric Heating Oven

The Electric Heating Oven adopts a fan-circulated air supply system, using forced hot air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. The hot air circulation system mainly consists of an air distributor, blower, air filter, and heating elements.

The heating elements can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides of the oven according to different design requirements. The chamber temperature can be maintained at any set point between ambient temperature and 300°C. The oven is equipped with an automatic power cut-off function to protect both the equipment and the products being processed.

The oven chamber is constructed from angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold-rolled steel plates. A high-density aluminum silicate wool insulation layer is filled between the outer casing and the working chamber to provide excellent thermal insulation and heat retention.

The heating system is installed at the top of the chamber, while the heating elements can be positioned at the bottom, top, or sides of the oven according to specific design requirements.

The equipment adopts a horizontal air circulation system, which is specifically designed to minimize temperature gradients and reduce temperature overshoot within the working chamber, thereby ensuring more uniform heat distribution and stable drying performance.
