Products Introduction
Natural gas drying ovens are energy-saving drying equipment that uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas as a heat source. Their outer shell is constructed of stainless steel or cold-rolled steel sheet welded/riveted, with an internal aluminum silicate cotton insulation layer. They are equipped with an imported burner, an intelligent digital display temperature control system, and a circulating fan. Hot air circulation can be achieved through horizontal or vertical air delivery. The oven features convection stirring technology, and the temperature adjustment range is from room temperature to 250℃.
Working Principle
The heat from the natural gas burner is sent into the air duct of the housing by a circulating fan, enters the working chamber, exchanges heat with the workpiece, and then returns to the heating chamber through the return air duct. This cycle repeats until the heating chamber temperature reaches the required process temperature. The heat is sent into the air duct by the circulating fan, and the hot air circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution within the housing. Intelligent instruments control the burner flame size by detecting the housing temperature, thus maintaining temperature stability. The combustion control system is automated, automatically completing processes such as air blowing, ignition, and flame monitoring, and automatically shutting down in case of abnormalities. Stable temperature control is achieved by adjusting the air-fuel ratio through an air-fuel ratio valve.
