Product Introduction
The transformer curing oven is a large-scale industrial drying equipment specially used for the production of dry-type transformers, motors and other electrical equipment. It is mainly applied to process procedures such as iron core preheating, coil varnish impregnation drying, and resin curing.
Working principle
The working principle of the transformer curing oven is as follows: under controlled temperature and time parameters, high-voltage coils are placed inside the oven chamber. The heating system raises the chamber temperature in a stepped manner. Once the target curing temperature is reached, the temperature is maintained for a specified duration to allow the insulating materials to achieve optimal curing and form a stable solid structure. Precise temperature regulation and accurate time control are critical throughout the process, preventing under-curing or over-curing of the insulating materials on high-voltage coils.

Equipped with an intelligent programmable temperature controller, it automatically completes the entire drying process and meets the requirements of any curing curve, featuring simple operation and stable performance.
Optional strip chart recorder, print recorder or paperless recorder is available to monitor the whole technological process and analyze drying and curing results.
Multiple hot air circulation modes are selectable according to different placement of workpieces, including top heating with vertical air supply, bottom heating with horizontal air supply and side heating with vertical air supply. These designs ensure even temperature distribution inside the chamber and bring superior drying and curing effects for coils.
An independent over-temperature alarm system is installed. It cuts off the heating power and triggers audible & visual alarms once abnormal temperatures occur.
Rails are laid at the bottom. Multiple trolley driving modes can be chosen based on the weight of workpieces, such as manual drive, blunt rack drive, roller row drive and traction trolley drive.

The transformer curing oven is mainly used in the production of dry-type transformers for processes including iron core preheating, coil pre-drying, coil varnish impregnation drying and resin curing, and it is specially designed for curing transformer insulating resin.
This equipment is also applicable to painting and insulation drying processes in the motor manufacturing industry.
