The tabletop blast drying oven is a device used for drying, baking, melting wax, disinfecting, and sterilizing non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-volatile materials.
Working principle
The tabletop blast drying oven primarily utilizes a unique hot air drying method to dry objects. The equipment is equipped with a high-temperature generator that heats the air to a set temperature via an electric heat source, and then a fan evenly disperses the hot air into the drying chamber. In this hot air environment, the moisture in the objects evaporates rapidly, achieving a fast and uniform drying effect.
Features
High/low speed fan control is adopted to optimize temperature uniformity within the working chamber. The air duct circulation system can automatically exhaust water vapor inside the cabinet.
The working chamber is constructed from mirror-finish stainless steel, and the outer shell is electrostatic powder coated steel plate. It is fitted with a double-layer tempered glass viewing window and polished stainless steel shelves with adjustable shelf supports.
Equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, featuring single-screen display of multiple sets of data and a menu-driven operation interface.
It is integrated with over-temperature alarm, temperature display calibration, parameter memory and timing functions, with a maximum timing duration of 9999 minutes. Additional functions include over-temperature deviation protection and power failure recovery.
The stainless steel working chamber features rounded corners for easy cleaning.
An independent temperature limiting control system is available as an optional accessory, which automatically shuts down operation once the temperature exceeds the set value.
