Product Introduction
The High temperature vacuum oven is an industrial device that facilitates experimental operation and temperature measurement. It employs an air circulation system to ensure temperature uniformity and is widely used in high-temperature material testing, special material drying, and workpiece heat treatment. Its core components include a PID microcomputer temperature controller, a mirror-finished stainless steel inner liner, and an independent over-temperature protection system, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃.
Features
The inner tank of the High temperature vacuum oven is made of high-quality stainless steel 304. During the production process, we adopt the method of making thermal expansion joints to prevent the oven from deforming under high temperature conditions.
Adopt high temperature circulating fan to make the temperature uniform inside the oven ≤ 5℃.
The heating pipe is made of stainless steel 2520 seamless steel pipe.
The thickness of the insulation layer is 150mm using high temperature resistant aluminum silicate enamel cotton to ensure that the surface temperature of the shell under the high temperature state of the oven is ≤15℃ (excluding room temperature).
Adopt expansion joint and enamel asbestos rope on the door of the high temperature oven to prevent the door from deforming under high temperature. The door is sealed with enamel asbestos rope.
