Working principle

 

The Industrial Vacuum Oven operates in a sealed vacuum environment. Its heating system heats materials, while a vacuum pump extracts air from the chamber to create a low-pressure atmosphere.

Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water decreases. As a result, moisture contained in materials evaporates at relatively low temperatures, realizing low-temperature drying.

Features

Rectangular inner chamber maximizes effective volume; equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller for precise temperature regulation.

Tempered and bulletproof double-layer glass door allows clear, full observation of samples inside the chamber.

The tightness of the cabinet door can be adjusted. Integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures high vacuum inside the chamber.

The inner chamber is made of stainless steel (or brushed stainless steel sheet) for long service life and excellent durability.

Storage, heating, testing and drying processes are carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment to avoid material oxidation.

Significantly shortened heating cycle; heating time is reduced by over 50% compared with conventional drying ovens.
