Ton Barrel Oven

The ton barrel oven is a hot air circulation oven specially designed for industrial applications. It is mainly used to efficiently and evenly heat and dry standard-size IBC totes, removing residual water and cleaning liquid inside the barrels or performing preheating treatment.

Cabinet Structure: Constructed from high-quality steel plates with stainless steel inner liner for sturdy build and superior corrosion resistance. Rails or brackets inside are provided to support IBC tanks.

Heating System: Electric or steam heating is available as standard. Equipped with high-efficiency centrifugal fans to generate forced horizontal or vertical hot air circulation, guaranteeing even temperature distribution throughout the chamber.

Temperature Control System: Fitted with an intelligent digital temperature controller for precise setting and adjustment of drying temperature (standard range: ambient temperature to 200°C), together with an over-temperature protection function.

Sealing & Safety: High-temperature resistant silicone strips are adopted for door sealing to maintain excellent tightness. Explosion-proof pressure relief devices are installed for special processes, along with complete electrical safety configurations.
