Product Introduction
Electric drying oven is a constant-temperature device that converts electric energy into thermal energy. It features an inner chamber made of mirror-finish stainless steel and an outer shell of powder-coated steel plate. Equipped with a microcomputer PID temperature controller, it delivers precise temperature control accurate to 0.1℃ and comes with an over-temperature alarm function. A built-in high-temperature circulating fan together with an optimized air duct design guarantees uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.
Working principle
The core component of an electric drying oven is the heating element, typically using heating wires, heating tubes, or other electric heating elements as the heat source. When the power is turned on, the heating element generates heat, which is transferred to the material inside the oven through heat conduction, convection, and radiation. The drying oven is equipped with a temperature control system that automatically adjusts the heating power according to the set temperature to maintain a constant temperature inside the oven.
