Hot air circulation drying oven is equipment that dries materials via a hot air circulating system.
Working principle
The air circulation system of this oven adopts fan forced air supply to achieve even and efficient air circulation. Driven by the circulation blower motor, the wind wheel delivers air through the heater to generate hot air. The hot air flows through air ducts into the inner chamber of the drying oven. The exhausted air is drawn back into the air ducts as a new air source for recirculation and reheating. This design ensures uniform temperature throughout the chamber. When opening or closing the door causes temperature fluctuations, the air circulation system rapidly restores operating conditions until the preset temperature is reached.

Product Structure
The hot air circulation drying oven is constructed with angle steel, stainless steel sheets and cold-rolled steel plates. The thermal insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate wool, which delivers excellent heat preservation performance and protects operator safety. Heaters can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides of the chamber. Temperature regulation is realized via a digital intelligent controller. Two air duct designs are available for this oven: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply.
