Wheel Curing Oven

The Wheel Curing Oven is a specialized industrial thermal processing equipment designed for the curing and hardening of bonded abrasive wheels, grinding wheels, cutting wheels, flap discs, and other abrasive products. The oven provides a precisely controlled heating environment that enables resin, phenolic, epoxy, or other bonding materials to fully polymerize, ensuring the final products achieve the required strength, hardness, durability, and safety performance.

1. Adopts an intelligent programmable temperature controller with self-tuning PID parameters. It supports arbitrary curing and temperature rise procedures, featuring simple operation and stable and reliable performance.

2. Vertical or horizontal air circulation modes are optional according to the placement of workpieces, ensuring uniform temperature distribution inside the working chamber.

3. Equipped with an independent over-temperature alarm system. It automatically cuts off the heating power and triggers audible and visual alarms in case of abnormal temperature conditions.

4. Matched with a dedicated trolley for flexible entry and exit, enabling convenient loading and unloading and reducing labor intensity.

5. Uses electric heating tubes for heating, featuring stable performance and long service life.

6. Supports on-site local control according to actual working conditions, realizing simple, convenient and reliable operation.
