Product Introduction

A motorized rotary oven is an industrial drying and curing oven equipped with a motor-driven rotating rack or turntable system. During operation, the products rotate continuously inside the heated chamber, ensuring uniform exposure to hot air and achieving highly consistent drying, baking, curing, or heat treatment results.

Compared with conventional static ovens, the Ovens provide superior temperature uniformity, improved product quality, and reduced processing time

Working principle

The working structure of the motorized rotary oven is similar to the dewatering barrel of a washing machine. The motor drives the inner liner of the oven via pulley belt transmission or direct connection, with a normal rotating speed controlled at 5–15 RPM. Centrifugal force generated by the rotating liner keeps materials tumbling continuously. Specially designed spiral guide plates stir materials just like mixing coffee, enabling every particle to fully and evenly contact hot circulating air.
