Working principle
The working principle of an industrial vacuum dryer is to reduce the pressure around the liquid in a vacuum, thereby lowering the boiling point of the liquid and increasing the evaporation rate to achieve rapid drying. Product Structure
1. Drying Main Chamber: Stainless steel sealed pressure-bearing cylinder/box, with a sealed door equipped with a high-temperature resistant vacuum sealing ring.
2. Heat Exchange Jacket/Heat Exchange Plate: A heat-conducting medium is introduced into the chamber jacket to provide uniform heating for the material.
3. Vacuum Unit: Vacuum pump, buffer tank, vacuum pipeline, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum regulating valve.
4. Condensation Recovery System: Condenser, cooling water circulation unit, solvent collection and storage tank to recover volatile organic solvents.
5. Insulation Structure: An outer layer of aluminum silicate insulation layer on the chamber surface to reduce heat loss and lower energy consumption.
6. Material Carrying Mechanism: Stainless steel tray, material trolley, rake-type stirring shaft (equipped on stirring-type models).
7. Pressure Relief and Gas Inlet Assembly: Vacuum pressure relief valve, nitrogen inlet for smooth vacuum breaking after drying.
