Product Introduction
The hot air circulation oven is equipment that dries materials based on the hot air circulation principle. Its air circulation system adopts fan forced air circulation. The circulating air motor drives the wind wheel to deliver air through heaters to generate hot air, which is then conveyed into the oven chamber via air ducts. Exhaust air inside the chamber is drawn back into the ducts for recirculation and reheating, guaranteeing uniform temperature throughout the working chamber.
If temperature fluctuations occur when the oven door is opened or closed, the air circulation system quickly stabilizes the operating conditions and restores the temperature to the set value.
Working principle
The hot air circulation oven mainly relies on heat sources. Air volume and air regulation systems evenly distribute hot air into the oven chamber to dehydrate and dry materials. Available heat sources include steam, electric heating, gas, heat-conducting oil and so on, with the required temperature regulated by the control system.
During operation, the temperature uniformity inside the oven is controlled within ±3℃. It adopts advanced control configurations including HMI PLC touch screens and intelligent digital temperature controllers. Electrical components are sourced from well-known brands such as Siemens, Schneider, Chint Electric and Fuji Electric.
Features
The hot air circulation oven is reasonably designed,the configuration is reasonable, the product is fully enclosed,and the appearance is neat.
The temperature uniformity during use is ≦±3℃,and each oven is equipped with a trolley (hand push) and a baking tray,which is convenient for products.
The heating power and steam heat dissipation area configured according to the internal volume of the oven,and the internal and external materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel frosted plates.
The oven is equipped with an automatic de humidificaition system to speed up the drying time.
The control is advanced,the temperature control instrument adopts the intelligent digital liquid crystal display instrument to heat the output solid state (SCR) temperature stable PLC program control process,without the need for staff to operate back and forth.
