Explosion-proof drying ovens are safe industrial drying equipment specifically designed for flammable and explosive environments, widely used in petroleum, chemical, military, medical, and scientific research fields. The explosion-proof design includes explosion-proof electrical components, safety door pressure relief devices, and anti-static structures, complying with domestic and international explosion-proof standards such as GB3836 and ATEX/IECEx, and is suitable for explosive gas environments of groups IIA/IIB/IIC, T1-T4.

 

During operation, steam is removed through a staged heating process, and a built-in circulating fan forces convection to prevent the accumulation of organic vapors.
