An industrial oven is a heating device used in industrial production processes, primarily for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilization, and material sintering in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, and research institutions. Its operating temperature ranges from room temperature to 600℃. Based on rated temperature, it is classified into four categories: low temperature (below 100℃), normal temperature (100-250℃), high temperature (250-400℃), and ultra-high temperature (400-600℃). Functionally, it can be divided into vacuum ovens, explosion-proof ovens, and programmable ovens.
This equipment employs a microcomputer temperature control system and hot air circulation technology, achieving a temperature resolution of 0.1℃ and a fluctuation of ≤±0.5℃. The timer range is 1-9999 minutes. The oven body typically uses a double-layer structure with a SECC steel outer shell and a SUS stainless steel inner liner, equipped with a forced horizontal/vertical air supply system and a silicone door seal design. Some models support automated production lines and are used in scenarios such as capacitor baking, battery module drying, and powder coating curing. The core components include a PID+S.S.R heating module, a low-noise fan, and an over-temperature protection device, meeting the process requirements of industries such as electronics, chemicals, automobiles, and pharmaceuticals.
