Product Introduction
Industrial heating furnaces are electric or fuel-fired furnaces used for heating furnace materials for heat treatment. They are mainly used for metal heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, and carburizing, and include types such as box-type resistance furnaces, pit-type resistance furnaces, gas carburizing furnaces, and salt bath furnaces.

Working principle
Heating: After the metal material is placed in the Industrial heating furnace, the furnace body begins to heat up, causing the material temperature to gradually rise.
Holding: Once the material reaches the required temperature, it is held in the Furnace for a period of time to allow for sufficient heat conduction and rearrangement of the crystal lattice structure.
Cooling: After the holding period, the material inside the furnace begins to cool.
Features
Intelligent Control System: PLC or industrial computer enables automatic adjustment of temperature, time and atmosphere parameters.
Modular Structure: The furnace body, heating elements and cooling system can be replaced separately to cut maintenance costs.
Energy-saving & Eco-friendly Design: Equipped with high-efficiency thermal insulation materials and waste heat recovery units, reducing energy consumption by over 30%.
Multi-process Compatibility: A single unit supports multiple heat treatment processes including quenching, tempering, annealing and normalizing to improve production flexibility.
Product Categories
1. Resistance Furnace: Utilizes electric current passing through a resistance wire to generate heat. It offers advantages such as precise temperature control, high thermal efficiency, and no open flame pollution, making it suitable for laboratory research and precision parts processing.
2. Gas Furnace: Uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, heating via a burner. Suitable for large-scale industrial production.
3. Vacuum Furnace: Heates in a vacuum environment, preventing material oxidation. Suitable for processing high-end alloys and semiconductor materials.
Applications
Industrial heating furnaces have applications in multiple fields:
- Automotive industry: Engine crankshafts, gears, and other parts require quenching to improve hardness, while drive shafts require tempering to balance strength and toughness;
- Aerospace: Titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy parts require heat treatment in a vacuum or protective atmosphere to avoid oxidation and grain coarsening;
- Mold manufacturing: Plastic molds and die-casting molds require nitriding to improve surface hardness and extend service life;
- New energy field: Lithium battery cathode materials require high-temperature sintering to improve crystal structure and increase battery energy density.
