Explosion-proof Vacuum Box

Explosion-proof vacuum box is a professional drying equipment specially designed for flammable, explosive, heat-sensitive or oxidizable materials. Combined with vacuum environment and explosion-proof technology, it can not only prevent material decomposition or oxidation during drying, but also eliminate explosion risks completely.

The temperature control system of the explosion-proof vacuum box adopts an intelligent microcomputer temperature controller. Platinum resistance sensors collect temperature signals, which are amplified by the temperature controller and compared with the set value to generate PID control signals. These signals regulate the on-off state of the silicon controlled rectifier (SCR), which in turn controls the heating output of the heater to realize automatic constant temperature control.

If the temperature inside the working chamber exceeds the preset value during operation, the overtemperature protection device will trigger and cut off the heating circuit immediately.

Explosion-proof vacuum boxs are applicable to scenarios requiring drying, heating or heat treatment of hazardous materials including flammable and explosive chemicals, organic solvents, pharmaceutical intermediates, fine chemical raw materials, lithium battery electrode materials, solvent-containing powders, military materials and other dangerous goods. Widely used in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical R&D workshops, new energy material production lines, special chemical industries and other fields, it serves as a safe and reliable core equipment for processing sensitive and high-risk materials.

The outer shell of the Explosion-proof vacuum box is integrally formed by stamping, bending and welding steel plates. Its surface is treated with high-strength electrostatic plastic spraying to form a smooth and firmly bonded coating. The working chamber is fabricated by bending and welding carbon steel or stainless steel plates, with thermal insulation cotton filled between the chamber and outer shell. Sample shelves are arranged inside to hold test articles, and each layer of the shelves is equipped with independent heating function. The door is sealed with silicone rubber strip for excellent air tightness. Electromagnetic valves control both vacuum pumping and gas filling functions. The electrical cabinet is mounted on the left side or bottom of the main unit. Its front panel is fitted with vacuum gauge, temperature controller and control switches. Electrical components including air circuit breakers and AC contactors are installed inside the flameproof enclosure.
