Working principle

 

The Mesh belt oven generates heat energy via its heating system. Internal circulating fans circulate hot air repeatedly to improve drying efficiency and temperature uniformity. A temperature control device is installed inside the chamber, which can set and maintain appropriate operating temperatures as required. The built-in conveying system continuously transports materials to be dried.

Product Structure

 

A typical mesh belt oven structure includes inlet and outlet ports, a conveying system, a heating system, a hot air circulation system, a temperature control system, a cabinet and insulation layer, and a cooling and purification device. The cabinet is usually made of stainless steel, and the insulation layer uses materials such as aluminum silicate or superfine glass wool to ensure good insulation performance. The heating elements are usually installed at the top of the oven and equipped with a reflector mechanism to improve thermal efficiency. At the outlet, a Class 100 clean vertical laminar flow purified air cooling device is often installed to ensure that the materials are in a strictly sterile and dust-free state when discharging.
