The explosion-proof industrial oven is a drying device with explosion-proof performance. It is mainly used to heat and dry flammable and explosive articles or chemical reagents, such as paints, fertilizers, dust, pharmaceuticals and so on. Working principle
The core design feature of an explosion-proof oven is a pressure relief door installed on the rear side of the oven. When the internal pressure rises to a threshold value due to combustion or explosion of materials being dried inside the oven, this small door will automatically open under pressure to vent internal pressure, preventing catastrophic rupture of the entire oven body.
Furthermore, explosion-proof ovens are typically installed with their rear panels facing a wall, which further enhances the explosion suppression effect.

Qualified explosion-proof ovens typically pass certification from the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, obtaining explosion-proof certificates.
Since they handle mostly sensitive materials, explosion-proof industrial ovens usually employ PID intelligent temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
The inner liner is mostly made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The insulation layer uses flame-retardant materials to further reduce the risk of fire. The observation window uses explosion-proof glass, facilitating observation of the internal conditions while ensuring safety.
Multiple safety barriers are formed, including door opening interlocks (automatic power-off when the door is opened), pressure relief devices (automatic pressure relief in case of internal overpressure), and gas detection systems.
