Working principle

The mould preheating oven generates heat using electric heaters, steam heat exchangers, gas burners, or thermal oil heat exchangers. A forced hot air circulation system distributes hot air evenly throughout the chamber, ensuring uniform heating of all mould surfaces. An intelligent temperature control system continuously monitors the chamber temperature and automatically adjusts the heating output. Once the preset temperature is reached, the mould is maintained at a constant temperature until it is directly fed into the production line. Uniform preheating minimizes differences in thermal expansion, reduces internal stress, and improves process stability.
