Steam Heating Oven

The Steam Heating Oven is an industrial drying equipment made of angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold-rolled steel plates.

The air circulation system of the Steam Heating Oven adopts a fan-circulated air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient airflow throughout the chamber. The airflow is generated by a circulating fan motor that drives the impeller through the heater. The heater can utilize various heat sources, including steam, electricity, and far-infrared heating.

The heated air is delivered into the oven chamber through specially designed air ducts. Horizontal or vertical airflow configurations ensure uniform temperature distribution, resulting in high thermal efficiency and energy savings. The used air is then drawn back into the air ducts, reheated, and recirculated, forming a continuous airflow cycle.

This design ensures excellent temperature uniformity within the chamber. When temperature fluctuations occur due to door opening and closing, the air circulation system quickly restores the operating conditions and rapidly returns the chamber temperature to the preset value.

The Steam Heating Oven is an industrial drying equipment that combines steam heating and hot air circulation technology. It is mainly used for drying materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing.

In the food industry, it is widely used for drying dehydrated vegetables, sausages, fruits, vegetables, and other food products. In the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it is suitable for drying active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), plastic resins, and various chemical materials. In industrial applications, it can also be used for wood carbonization, drum heating, and other specialized heating and drying processes.

The oven body is filled with a high-density aluminum silicate wool insulation layer and equipped with a hot air circulation system. It adopts either horizontal or vertical air supply design to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The equipment can use steam (0.2–0.8 MPa), electricity, or far-infrared energy as heat sources. The steam heating temperature range is 50–150°C, while electric heating can reach up to 350°C.

The oven is equipped with a digital intelligent controller or touch-screen control system and features over-temperature alarm and timed moisture exhaust functions. It is designed and manufactured in compliance with GMP standards.

Standard models range from single-door single-trolley units to four-door eight-trolley units. Non-standard customized designs and specifications are also available according to customer requirements.
