Product Introduction
The Explosion-Proof Oven is a specially designed drying oven intended for processing flammable and explosive materials. Its primary function is to provide a safe and controlled high-temperature environment, ensuring that no safety hazards occur when handling chemicals with explosion risks.
The oven is specifically engineered to prevent accidents that may result from combustible gas mixtures generated during the heating process reaching their explosive limits. Through its explosion-proof design and safety protection systems, the equipment effectively minimizes operational risks and ensures safe, reliable production.
Working principle
This explosion-proof oven avoids explosion risks via integrated control of internal gas concentration, temperature and pressure:
- Gas concentration control: Restrict indoor gas content to keep oxygen below combustibles' explosion limit.
- Temperature control: Stabilize temperature in safe range to prevent material autoignition and excess flammable gas from overheating.
- Pressure control: Pressure relief valves release surplus pressure to avert dangerous pressure accumulation.
Features
The explosion-proof oven has a reasonable design,reasonable configuration,and a fully enclosed product,view neat and tidy.
The temperature uniformity during use is ≦±3℃,and each oven is equipped with a trolley (hand push) and a baking tray to facilitate the product in and out and drying.
The heating power and steam heat dissipation area are configures according to the internal volume of the oven,and the internal and external materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel frosted plates.
The oven is equipped with explosion-proof control box.
The control is advanced, the temperature control instrument adopts the intelligent digital liquid crystal display instrument to heat the output solid state (SCR) temperature and the PLC program control process is stable,without the need for staff to operate back and forth.
